GEARS is a Student Information System (SIS) that allows teachers and administration to track students during the advisory or study hall period. GEARS gets students to teachers that they need help from and increases student productivity by decreasing often idle time.
GEARS also allows for a paperless disciplinary referral system to be implemented by teachers and staff. Now you can easily monitor and keep full notes and records on a childs disciplinary case, regardless of where or who the discipline referral may visit.
Level Four provides GEARS for iPad as a way for you to connect to your schools system while moving or on the go. It is only intended to be used by those who already have a GEARS account with Level Four.
